Offers do not apply to internal refinances and are not transferable between loans unless otherwise stated by the lender.

7. Commissions and Fees

As a mortgage broker, we may receive commissions (upfront and/or trail) from lenders when a loan settles. In some circumstances, a fee may be payable by you for our services. Any such fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before services are provided.

Details of commissions and fees will be provided in the Credit Proposal Disclosure document and/or Credit Guide provided to you as part of the loan process.
